Service members sorted by State:
This choice allows you to choose a state or territory to refine your search. If you know your service member's home state, then this is the best choice. (The smallest of file options)

Service members sorted by Service:
This choice allows you to choose a branch of the service to refine your search. If you know your service member's branch of service, but not the state, then this is the best choice. (Larger files than the State listings)

All service members in PMKOR:
This choice provides all service members listed in the PMKOR database, sorted by name. If you do not know your service member's home state or branch of service, then this is the best choice.
